Why is fried food generally bad for heartburn and acid reflux?
I love fried food. Why is it that you can deep fry anything and it will taste amazing? Americans love some good fried chicken. It seems that everyone loves eating fried food and I was no different. I had to change what I ate. If you’re suffering from constant heartburn, maybe a change is in order for you too. Let’s say you go into a restaurant and you can smell something frying that peaks your interest. This happens to me all the time. At one point, I fooled myself into thinking that fried fish is way better than fried chicken. I have no idea where that came from. I love Calamari, especially being an Italian. That was until I found out why most fried foods are bad for acid reflux. It’s the oil they cook it in. It makes all the difference in the world for those suffering with acid reflux and indigestion. Many places deep fry their food in either Corn oil, Vegetable oil, Olive Oil, Canola Oil, Cottonseed Oil, and e
ven Sunflower Oil.
Oil is basically purified fat that has been extracted from a plant.
Some people claim that certain oils can help your acid reflux. The only one I have found this to be true is Grape Seed Oil. It’s even good for you!
Grape seed oil is extracted from the seeds of grapes, not plants.
You may have heard different. In the meantime, try Grape Seed Oil as a supplement to your other oils and I bet you some T-Drops will have less reflux and heartburn.
Grape Seed Oil is also known for helping with many conditions: dental cavities, cancer, PMS (which my wife never has), varicose veins, and spider veins, fine lines and wrinkles, arthritis, dermatitis, acne, wrinkles, dry and itchy skin, age spots, sun burns, chapped lips, wounds, bruising, stretch marks, hemorrhoids, weight loss, stress, dandruff, hair loss, warts, hypertension, high cholesterol levels, and diabetes. Wow, that’s a lot!
It has health-giving properties that promotes anti-aging and are more powerful than Vitamin C & Vitamin E. My wife uses grape seed oil for that molds when she makes the T-Drops.
Always make sure the grape seed oil you use is food grade!
Of course, always have on hand some T-Drops. They are the all-natural remedy for stomach discomfort. Especially, when it’s Friday and you eat that fried fish.
