The debate is out on weather coffee cause’s acid reflux or not. I gave up drinking coffee 6 months ago and started drinking tea. n 6 cups of coffee a day. I used cream in my coffee so I am not sure if what bothered me was the coffee or the cream. When searching for information, it is very hard to tell if coffee causes acid reflux or not. I think this is because of who is paying for the research. Obviously a big coffee seller does not want bad publicity about coffee causing acid reflux. I have read other articles and talked to doctors who said that coffee does contribute to acid reflux. I don’t know. What do you think? Does anyone have any experience personally with coffee causing acid reflux? We would love to hear from you. What are you running on?
